MSW Land Use Team Secures Development Approvals for the Construction of 87,575 SF Industrial Building in Borough of Middlesex

On Wednesday, February 23rd, the Joint Land Use Board of the Borough of Middlesex approved plans for the development of an 87,575 square foot industrial building in the IND Industrial Zone District. The Board granted Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan approval, along with waiver relief in connection with the proposed development.

MSW Land Use Team Secures Zoning Board Approval for 5-Story Mixed-Use Development in Newark

On Thursday, February 3rd, the City of Newark Zoning Board of Adjustment granted preliminary and final major site plan approval, along with variance relief in order to permit the construction of a 5-story, 48-unit mixed-use development in the City’s Central Ward. The Board granted variance relief for use, density, and height.
