
Murphy Schiller & Wilkes LLP (MSW) is pleased to announce that Paige M. Guarino has joined the firm as an Associate in its Transactional Real Estate practice.
Paige focuses her practice on commercial real estate and finance matters, representing landowners, tenants, lenders, borrowers, and developers in a wide range of complex transactions across asset classes, including office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use developments. Her experience includes drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, licenses, and property management agreements.
Prior to joining MSW, Paige worked at both national and boutique firms, where she handled complex commercial real estate transactions across multiple jurisdictions for regional and institutional clients.
Paige earned her J.D. from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and her B.A. from Washington College. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
