Paige M. Guarino is an associate at Murphy Schiller & Wilkes LLP (MSW), where she focuses her practice on commercial real estate and finance matters. Paige represents landowners, tenants, lenders, borrowers, and developers on a broad range of complex transactions across all asset classes, including office, retail, industrial, multi-use, and development projects. Her transactional experience includes the drafting and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, leases, licenses, and property management agreements.

Before joining MSW, Paige practiced at a midsize regional law firm and previously practiced at both national and boutique firms, where she managed complex commercial real estate transactions across multiple jurisdictions for regional and institutional clients.

Paige earned her Juris Doctor from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, where she gained experience working as a legal intern in a sole practitioner’s real estate practice and as a student attorney at Pace’s Investor Rights Clinic, advocating for small investors through FINRA arbitration. She received her undergraduate degree from Washington College.
