This milestone marks the transformation of a vacant lot in the C-2 (Community Commercial and Residential) zoning district into a quality residential development serving the West Side Neighborhood of Newark’s South Ward.
The approved project introduces a new three-story, four-family residential building. The building will contain four dwelling units comprising seven bedrooms and six bathrooms, including an ADA-accessible ground-floor unit, with individual high-efficiency HVAC systems and in-unit laundry in each unit.
