Stephanie McLeish is a Senior Paralegal at Murphy Schiller & Wilkes LLP (MSW), where she plays a key role in supporting the firm’s Land Use, Zoning & Redevelopment practice. Stephanie works closely with the firm’s attorneys on a wide range of development projects across New Jersey, assisting in the preparation, coordination, and filing of complex land use applications and related submissions. Her deep familiarity with municipal procedures and entitlement processes makes her an essential resource to both the firm and its clients.

Before joining MSW, Stephanie gained extensive experience at several mid‑sized law firms, where she supported transactional real estate and banking practices and handled matters for a diverse array of institutional and private clients.

Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University, where she majored in History and completed a certificate in Paralegal Studies.
