Newark, NJ – October 2, 2023 – Murphy Schiller & Wilkes LLP (MSW) is pleased to announce the addition of new attorneys to its growing commercial real estate practice.

Jessica R. Brenner has joined the firm as Counsel and will focus her practice on transactional commercial real estate matters. She will represent clients in connection with the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of a variety of real estate assets, including industrial, office, retail, medical and multi-family properties. Prior to joining MSW, Jessica was a managing senior associate at a NYC-based law firm, where she oversaw the firm’s junior attorneys and staff in the real estate department. Jessica received her law degree from New York Law School and her undergraduate degree from Kean University, where she graduated magna cum laude. She will receive her L.L.M. in Real Estate Development from the University of Miami School of Law in December of 2023.

Curtis Culvert has joined the firm as an Associate and will focus his practice on land use and redevelopment matters. In this role, he will advise clients throughout New Jersey on all aspects of the entitlement process. Curtis received his law degree from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and his undergraduate degree from Ramapo College of New Jersey.

Samuel List has joined the firm as an Associate and will focus his practice on commercial real estate and finance matters. He will support the firm’s attorney in representing lenders and borrowers in connection with the negotiation of commercial mortgage and construction loans, and other transactional real estate matters, including the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of all asset classes. Samuel received his law degree, magna cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law, and his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin.
