Murphy Schiller & Wilkes LLP recently secured several variances on behalf of Dunkin’ for a new pylon sign at its Route 4 location in Paramus, New Jersey.
The existing sign has long presented visibility challenges, as it is located beyond the property’s entrance. The approved variances will allow for the construction of a new pylon sign, improving visibility and accessibility for customers traveling along one of Bergen County’s busiest retail corridors.
The matter was led by MSW Partner Matthew Gilson, with support from Ben Lindeman. MSW paralegals Stephanie McLeish and Jahynis Cabral also played an important role in the application process. The approval further reflects Paramus’ reputation as one of New Jersey’s most business-friendly municipalities and home to the highest retail sales zip code in the United States.
