Joseph M. Vigliotti

COUNSEL

Joseph M. Vigliotti focuses his practice on commercial real estate and finance. He represents clients in connection with the acquisition and disposition of a wide range of asset classes, including industrial, office, retail, and multi-family properties. In addition, he represents lenders and borrowers in connection with the negotiation of mortgage and construction loans related to real estate transactions.

Prior to joining MSW, Joseph worked at top tier law firms, gaining invaluable experience representing clients throughout the region. Joseph is on the Board of Directors, Executive Committee of the Cooley’s Anemia Foundation where he also serves as the national Vice President and received the 2016 President’s Award for Outstanding Service to the Thalassemia Community. He is a Member of the New Jersey and Bergen County Bar Association and was appointed to the Real Property Committee and Barrister Committee of the Bergen Bar Association.

Joseph received his law degree from Albany Law School of Union University, and his undergraduate degree from Syracuse University. He also holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from The College of Saint Rose.

Joseph lives with his sons AJ and Andrew in Wood Ridge, New Jersey.
