Jessica R. Brenner focuses her practice on transactional commercial real estate, with a core concentration on IRC §1031 exchange transactions and NNN (net lease) sales and acquisitions, including sale-leaseback and portfolio transactions. She provides strategic counsel, deliberate planning, and execution-focused expertise to support the financial needs and long-term objectives of investors, developers, and owner-operators, and advising clients across the full transaction lifecycle. Jessica strives to develop a deep understanding of each client’s long-term goals and investment aspirations, enabling her to structure and execute transactions that align with broader commercial real estate strategies and capital deployment objectives.

She represents a diverse client base ranging from small family offices to institutional investors, developers, and owner-operators in the various transactional stages of income-producing and mission-critical assets, including national brand quick service restaurants (QSRs), medical office buildings, car washes, oil change facilities, pharmacy chains, industrial buildings, commercial condominiums, and restaurant properties, among others. Jessica also regularly advises borrowers in connection with commercial mortgage and construction financing, structuring debt to support acquisitions, refinancings, development projects, and recapitalizations.

Prior to joining the firm, Jessica served as a managing senior associate at a New York City–based law firm, where she led transaction execution on complex single-asset and portfolio-level matters and supervised junior attorneys and staff within the real estate department. She earned her J.D. from New York Law School, where she received the Dean’s Leadership Award, served on the National Moot Court Team, and was inducted into the Order of the Barristers. Jessica is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, where she earned an LL.M. in Real Estate Development, and received her undergraduate degree from Kean University, graduating magna cum laude.
