Jacqueline N. Candella

ASSOCIATE

Jacqueline N. Candella is an Associate in the Litigation and Construction Law practice groups at Murphy Schiller & Wilkes LLP (MSW). She represents owners, developers, contractors, and other stakeholders in complex commercial disputes involving real estate, construction, and related business matters.

Before joining MSW, Jacqueline practiced at a boutique securities and financial litigation firm in New York City, where she handled investor and regulatory disputes before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). She has extensive experience managing arbitration and litigation matters, negotiating settlements, and advising clients in high-stakes disputes.

Jacqueline also served as an Adjunct Professor at New York Law School, where she taught first-year students strategies for academic success and professional development. Her background includes work with prominent New York law firms and regulatory bodies, including Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP, and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

Jacqueline earned her Juris Doctor from New York Law School, where she served as President and Treasurer of the Legal Association for Women and competed with the Moot Court Association. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Pace University. She is admitted to practice in New York.
