Diana Dziedzic is a paralegal at the firm, where she supports the firm’s transactional commercial real estate practice. In this role, Diana works closely with attorneys on a wide range of matters, including drafting and reviewing transaction documents, conducting due diligence, and coordinating and facilitating the closing of commercial real estate transactions. Her attention to detail and strong organizational skills contribute to the efficient and successful completion of complex transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Diana worked at Polish & Slavic Federal Credit Union as a Member Service Representative. In that role, she assisted members with a broad range of financial services, including opening and maintaining accounts, processing loan applications, handling transactions, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. This experience strengthened her client-service skills and provided her with a solid foundation in financial documentation and accuracy.

Diana holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Ramapo College of New Jersey. She is fluent in Polish, allowing her to effectively assist a diverse client base.
