Curtis Culvert is an associate at Murphy Schiller & Wilkes LLP (MSW), where he focuses his practice on land use and redevelopment matters.

Curtis works closely with clients through all stages of the entitlement process, from advising on issues related to zoning in connection with property acquisitions to appearing before local land use boards and other governmental bodies in connection with development approvals and permits. He also advises clients in connection with redevelopment matters, providing guidance on projects subject to the Local Redevelopment and Housing Law.

Curtis received his law degree from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. He received his undergraduate degree in business administration from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
