Andrew Hansen is an associate in the Litigation and Construction Law practice groups at Murphy Schiller & Wilkes LLP. He represents developers, contractors, property owners, and businesses in complex disputes involving commercial real estate and construction projects. His practice includes managing litigation from inception through resolution, with experience in mediations, arbitrations, depositions, and motion practice.

Andrew has handled matters ranging from breach of contract claims tied to large-scale real estate holdings to disputes over construction performance, valuation of services, and related commercial issues. He regularly advises clients on litigation strategy, prepares briefs on nuanced contractual and construction law questions, and advocates for clients in both state and federal courts. His ability to analyze claims and deliver practical solutions makes him a trusted resource for clients navigating high-stakes real estate and construction disputes.

Before joining MSW, Andrew practiced with litigation-focused firms in the Philadelphia area, where he represented corporate clients, licensed professionals, and businesses in commercial and construction-related matters. He also gained valuable judicial experience as a student law clerk with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York, supporting the court on consumer and corporate bankruptcy issues.

Andrew earned his J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and his B.A. in International Relations from Syracuse University. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
