Alexandra Natale is an Associate in MSW’s Litigation and Construction Law Practice Groups. She represents clients in a broad range of litigation matters and brings a diverse legal background spanning judicial service, private practice, and corporate experience.

Prior to joining the firm, Alexandra served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Maria A. Giammona, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey. In that role, she conducted legal research, drafted bench memoranda, orders, and judicial decisions, and assisted the court in matters involving complex legal and procedural issues. She also facilitated dispute resolution conferences and gained extensive experience evaluating motions and emergent applications.

Previously, Alexandra worked at a well-respected regional law firm, where she supported attorneys in civil litigation, appellate matters, regulatory disputes, and other complex legal proceedings. She also served as a Judicial Intern in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey, conducting legal research and preparing memoranda on a variety of bankruptcy and restructuring matters.

Alexandra earned her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School and her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Virginia. While at Virginia, she was a member of the University’s Division I rowing team and was recognized on the Dean’s List.
