
On Monday, July 1, the Newark Central Planning Board approved the company’s application, granting preliminary and final site plan approval, along with multiple variances and waivers. The company’s application involved the repurposing of existing buildings for warehousing and light manufacturing use, including food production, in the MX-2 zoning district.
