  • Lender in connection with a $20,000,000 construction loan for a multifamily development in Morris County, New Jersey.
  • Developer in connection with $20,000,000 sale of industrial building in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
  • National bank in connection with an $11,000,000 financing of office property in Morris County, New Jersey.
  • Regional bank in connection with a $10,000,000 equipment line of credit secured by industrial property in Florida.
  • Purchaser in connection with purchase and financing of $3,500,000 industrial building in Pennsauken, New Jersey.
  • Landlord in connection with 40,000 square foot warehouse lease in Queens, New York.
  • Landlord in connection with 36,500 square foot distribution center lease in Maspeth, Queens, New York.
  • Landlord in connection with lease agreement for the conversion of hotel lobby into restaurant space in New York City’s Financial District.
  • Private equity fund in connection with negotiation of EV Charging Station leases for portfolio of hotel assets in multiple jurisdictions throughout the United States.
  • Developer in connection with land use approvals for a 119,000 square foot industrial warehouse building in Denville, New Jersey.
  • Developer in connection with land use approvals for a 94,000 square foot self-storage facility in Ocean County, New Jersey.
  • Developer in connection with land use approvals for a 5-story, multi-family building in Newark, New Jersey.
