Due to the COVID-19 public health emergency and the significant impact on businesses and taxpayers around the State, the Supreme Court of New Jersey has ordered that the deadline for filing property tax appeals in both the Tax Court and the County Boards of Taxation be extended from April 1, 2020 to the later of May 1, 2020 or 30 days following a determination by the Governor that the State of Emergency declared under Executive Order No. 103 has ended.
